The SinusPRO series of voltage converters are used to power electrical devices that require 230 V AC voltage from 24 V DC batteries. It can also be successfully used as an emergency power source for equipment that requires continuous power, such as server rooms, automation systems, furnaces and central heating pumps.
One housing with a color screen contains a 20A rectifier for charging batteries, a pure SINUS converter based on a toroidal transformer, which compensates for the different reactive power of the receivers (capacitive, inductive and resistive loads can be combined) and reacts very flexibly to overloads (starting pumps, compressors, motors). Converter can operate in UPS mode, which ensures continuous and uninterrupted operation of blowers, feeders, pumps, etc.
The W series has a robust housing specially designed for hanging on a wall, such as in a boiler room or electrical distribution panel.
The feature that distinguishes sine wave inverters from classic simple AC/DC inverters is the production of sinusoidal alternating voltage at the output, identical to that in the mains. This allows powering devices with electric motors and transformers, such as electric tools, pumps and low-power household appliances. Simple, cheap inverters actually produce a square wave voltage, sometimes incorrectly called a "modified sine wave". This voltage is not suitable for powering inductive or capacitive devices and may damage them.
